Nebraska Golf Association runs an interclub program for member
clubs of the organization. The program gives NGA members a
chance to represent their home club in a team match play competition
against another club.
In the program, each team is comprised of eight players
(including one golf professional). Clubs are grouped in
divisions of four and play three regular season matches
to determine group winners and wildcards. These eight teams
are then paired for the "play-offs".
matches consist of eight singles matches and four Four-Ball
matches, played simultaneously. Each match is worth 2 points.
The first group's matches are played at scratch. The remaining
six golfers are paired based on USGA Handicap Index and
play net matches against the corresponding players on the
