NEBRASKA
JUNIOR GOLF TOUR (NJGT)
The
Nebraska Golf Association and the Nebraska PGA joined forces in
2009 to form the state's premier junior golf organization - the
Nebraska Junior Golf Tour (NJGT). The NJGT (which merged the Nebraska
Junior Golf Association and the Pepsi Tour) offers nearly 50 competitive
golf events for junior golfers beginning at the age of seven continuing
through the summer following a golfer's graduation from high school.
The series of competitions includes tournaments for every level
of golfer including featured tournaments for the more accomplished
player. Complete

2010 COLLEGIATE
PREVIEW SERIES
The Collegiate Preview Series was formed by the Kansas Golf
Association to give male high school age golfers from Kansas and
surrounding states a high-caliber fall tournament schedule on
the Midwest areas best courses. The five, 36-hole, invitational
tournaments are events that provide the opportunity to build aspiring
college golfers playing records and give
them a sense of the college golf atmosphere.
Additionally,
CPS players have the opportunity to earn points toward an All-Collegiate
Preview Series Team. Points will be awarded at each tournament
with the top six players being recognized at the final CPS event.
Each team member will then receive a certificate of recognition.
The complete
CPS schedule will be available here later this spring along with
details on entry. Nebraska will host its CPS event October 2-3
at the Country Club of Lincoln
