Wild Horse Defends Home Turf, Wins 2026 Interclub Championship
GOTHENBURG (September 14, 2026) – Wild Horse Golf Club defended its home turf for the first time, winning the 2026 NebGolf Interclub Championship in Gothenburg on Monday.
Wild Horse won the Final over Oak Hills Country Club, 17-7, to take its first Interclub title. Wild Horse has hosted the Interclub Championship since 2006, but had never won the title until Monday.
In the Semifinals, Wild Horse took out Fremont Golf Club, 17-7, advancing to the Final for the first time. Oak Hills edged out Wilderness Ridge Country Club in the other Semifinal, 14-10, to advance to the Final for the fourth time in eight years.
