Nebraska Wins Back Junior Cup
Nebraska won back the Virgil A. Parker Trophy at Firethorn Golf Club in Lincoln, claiming the 40th Kansas-Nebraska Junior Cup Matches. Nebraska entered the final day with a 7-1 lead, with Kansas giving Nebraska a battle as singles matches were conducted. In the end, Nebraska took back the trophy with a score of 10.5-5.5, flipping the score of last year's matches in favor of Nebraska. Kansas now leads the all-time series to 23-17.
