Point Standings and Evaluation Systems

The purpose of point standings and evaluation systems is to establish objective criteria by which NebGolf can judge the performance of golfers who participate in state or national tournaments during a defined active golf season.

Point standings and player rankings derived from these point evaluation systems are used to determine awards, select team participants and exemptions.

An overall point evaluation system exists as well as separate systems for women, senior men and junior golfers.

SWAG

The NebGolf Point Standings are presented by SWAG. The SWAG Point Standings will be used to identify the best men's, women's, senior men's, junior boys' and girls' golfers in the state. The Nebraska Amateur Golfers of the Year will receive a special gift from SWAG, in addition to their respective awards. Check out SWAG's latest drops here.
