53rd Nebraska Cup Matches Slated for Lost Rail
The 53rd playing of the Nebraska Cup Matches will be hosted by Lost Rail Golf Club in Gretna Tuesday, June 17. The event annually pits the state’s best amateur golfers versus the state’s top professionals in both Four-Ball and Singles matches using Nassau scoring. Each session is worth 36 points; six total points are awarded in each Four-Ball match, two each for the front, back and total. Three total points are awarded in each Singles match, one point each for the front, back and total. Last year the Pros and the Amateurs tied at Lost Rail Golf Club, with the Pros retaining the cup.
